Mandated State Sick Pay
This webinar will focus on the growing number of jurisdictions that have passed mandated sick pay laws, as well as the remaining jurisdictions where mandated sick pay has been proposed but not yet passed. In addition, this webinar will focus on the key differences between mandated paid sick leave under state laws as compared to unpaid or paid sick leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Attendees will learn about the requirements of current laws and best practices for instituting policies and procedures to remain complaint with both paid sick leave laws under state law and federal laws relating to employee leaves of absence.
