For births, adoption and foster care placement taking place on or after October 1, 2020, federal employees may substitute paid parental leave (PPL) for unpaid FMLA leave. Make sure you know the ins and outs of the PPL regulations and coverages so you can properly address employees' leave requests.

Sheila Willis, Esq from Fisher Phillips will walk you through the rules and OPM's regulations and guidance on implementing PPL, and then provide her insights on how to administer it all.
