Hire Slow and Fire Fast and other Hiring Tips and Tools
There are two fundamental mistakes employers make when it comes to hiring and firing. First, many employers are in such a rush to hire, they make an offer to the best available candidate just to fill the position instead of waiting for the right candidate.
