While the topic was of interest, I found the information to be elementary. The presenter consistently referred to participants as "leaders" and as such, that level of participant should be well versed in the basics of delivering performance feedback and handling disciplinary conversations. I would have preferred a deeper dive. The presentation was clear, concise and would have likely been helpful to new managers/supervisors. I also would have preferred to seek the presenter and had the slide deck to the side. This would have prevented "mind wander" while she was speaking, as there was nothing to engage with.
