Raeann Hofkin has nearly 4 decades of experience in all facets of payroll management, both domestic and international. She served on the American Payroll Association Certification Board from 2016 to 2018 as a subject matter expert, the Board of Contributing writers for a number of years, in addition to various committees. Mrs. Hofkin received the Special Recognition Award from the APA in 2012 and the Meritorious Service Award in 2008, and was the recipient of the Pennsylvania Payroll Professional of the Year Award in 2010 and 2013. The last four years she has been consulting in the payroll profession.

I think Raeann did a great job. I think questions were very redundant but I understand there were a lot to go through and talk about. Overall, I learned what I needed for payroll and W2s.

My only issue is I could not find the chat box to submit questions. This class is one of the best I have ever taken. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The instructor was the best and clearly helped everyone who attended the webinar.

This is yet another example of why I discontinued my membership with your webinars. I have never found any of them to be useful or very informative in the past, but rather confusing, and this webinar was not helpful as well. The presenter was not very organized, and did not explain the math well, and did not go into much detail. The "Benefits for Attending" listed in the email were definitely not accomplished.
