Account

Once you are logged into your account you can click on the "Certificates" section on the left-hand side and this will show you all of the programs you have fully completed and earned a certificate for. If you are in the "On Demand Webinars" section of the site you can find a "Completed" column in the listings and any programs you have already completed will have a green check mark.
Go to the login page (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) and click on the "Forget Password?" link. You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to update your password.
An account is automatically created for you when you register for a webinar or make a purchase. Your username is your email and if you don’t know your password you can update it using the "Forget Password?" link on the login page (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/).
You will receive an email shortly after a live webinar concludes with a link to your certificate of attendance. You can also find your certificate by logging in and clicking on the "Certificates" section. If you have completed an online video recording you will need to click the blue "Mark Complete" button below the video and this will automatically create your certificate and add it to the "Certificates" section within your account.
To login you can click on the login link (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) in the upper right hand corner of the site. Your username is your email address and if you don't know your password you can use the "forgot password?" link.

All Access Membership

Yes, the All Access membership includes unlimited access to every online video recording (over 500) and live webinar (over 20 per month) that we offer.
Yes, you can find a great demo of the All Access membership on the membership page (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/membership/). If you have any questions about the membership after watching the demo you can send questions to support@auroratrainingadvantage.com.
If you are an All Access member and would like to contact your Account Manager there are a couple of different options. You can send an email to support@auroratrainingadvantage.com and it will be routed directly to your Account Manager for a response. Otherwise, you can open a service ticket by logging in, clicking on the "Support" link, and then choosing "Service Tickets".
Yes, the membership is transferrable at any point that you would like. If it is paid for by your company you can transfer it to any other employee at your company. If you paid for it yourself you can transfer it to your personal email account or to your new work account.
The All Access membership includes unlimited access to every live webinar (over 20 per month) and online video recording (Over 500) that we offer. It also includes the ability to earn available continuing education credits and a credit tracker to help you keep track of the credits you have earned.

CE Credits

You can find the HRCI and SHRM codes on your Certificate of Attendance. Those codes should then be entered directly through your account with the accrediting organization.
To add a "Credit Tracker" to your account you can login (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/), click on the "Credit Tracker" link, and then click on the "Add New" button. Follow the 2 simple steps to set up your credit tracker and it will then be available on your dashboard.
We offer CPE credits for both live webinars and online video recordings. You can find the credits available on any training by looking in the "Webinar Details" box in the "Credit" section for any individual webinar.

HR Empowerment Podcast

Once you are subscribed to the HR Empowerment podcast you can access it through your account. You will login (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) and then click on the "Products" link on the left-hand side and then choose "Podcasts". You can choose the individual podcast you would like to listen to by clicking on the "Details" link.

Live Webinars

We do not currently offer any free webinars, but you can view webinar previews on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/Auroratrainingadvantage) or you can subscribe to the HR Empowerment podcast for free as well. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are registered for a live webinar you will receive an email the morning of the event with links to download the course materials. You can also find the course materials in the GoTo Webinar control panel while you are in the webinar.
If you would like to update your registration please email support@auroratrainingadvantage.com with any changes you would like to make. Our Customer Support team will make the changes and contact you to let you know everything has been updated.
Our live events are typically only offered on the specific date noted on the website. If you can’t attend the time and date indicated you can choose the "Recorded Webinar Only" option. You will receive access to the recording shortly after the live event concludes and your access is good for 12 months.
If you miss the live webinar our system is automatically set up to add the online video recording of that event to your account. You will be sent the login information to access the recording shortly after the live event concludes and your access is then good for 12 months. If you would prefer, you can also request a free webinar credit for a different event or request a refund.
The live webinar option includes attendance on the specific date and time indicated on the website. The speaker will be live online so that you can interact directly with them and ask questions. The Recording is an online video recording of the live event. You will see and hear the same content as the live attendees. You will receive access to the recording shortly after the live event has concluded and your access is then good for 12 months. The Recording + Live option gives you access to both the live webinar and the recording after the event.
Once you are registered for a live webinar you can login into your account and find the live webinar listed on your dashboard under the "Live Webinars" section. You can login directly to the webinar through your account.
You will receive an email with login instructions immediately after your registration. We recommend using the "Add to Calendar" option within this email to set this up within your preferred calendar. You will receive a reminder email 1 hour before the live event with your login information again. Please make sure to add customercare@gotowebinar.com to your whitelist to ensure the login emails are being delivered directly to your inbox.

Miscellaneous

Our training programs are designed for business professionals in the United States and not created for any specific state. Many of the programs may also be relevant for business professionals outside of the United States.
All times on the website are listed in Eastern (EST) time. For a webinar at 2:00 pm EST, that would 1:00 pm (CST), 12:00 pm (MST) and 11:00 am (PST).

Payment

Yes, we do process registrations and provide invoices that can be paid via check. Please reach out to Customer Service (support@auroratrainingadvantage.com) and provide the webinar you are interested in, the registration option you would like and the name, title, company name, address, city, state, zip, email,and phone for the attendee.
Your invoices can be accessed by logging into your account (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) and then clicking on "Invoices" on the left hand side. You can pay the invoice directly online using a credit card or you can also pay via check.
You can update your credit card by logging into your account (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) and then clicking on "Settings" and then choosing "Wallet".
You can find your receipts by logging into your account (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) and then clicking on "Orders".

Recordings

The Non-Member will need to log in to their account (https://auroratrainingadvantage.com/login/) and then click on the "Products" link and choose the "Purchased Products" option.
Please email any questions you have after watching an online video recording to support@auroratrainingadvantage.com. Our Customer Service team will respond with an answer from the expert in a timely manner.
You are able to watch your online video recording as many times as you would like for 12 months. Once you are logged in you will click on "Products" and then choose "Purchased Webinars".
You are able to watch your recordings for 12 months and you can view it as many times as you would like.
All live webinars are recorded. You can register for the "Recorded Webinar Only" option before the event takes place and you will receive access to the recording shortly after the live event has concluded. If you are a member the recording will be available within your account shortly after the live event has concluded.
Yes, all of the online video recordings will include a downloadable copy of the slide presentation and possibly other supplemental materials. They will be available to download via links that you can find directly below the video.
