How to whitelist Aurora Training Advantage Emails

Whitelist Email Instructions

We value your continued support and want to ensure that our communication with you is as seamless as possible. The instructions below will allow you to easily add our domain(s) to your whitelist ensuring delivery to your inbox.

Domains to add to whitelist:

  • - Customer Support Emails
  • - Upcoming Event Emails
  • - Transactional Emails

Outlook Users

  1. Open your Outlook application.
  2. Go to "Settings" (gear icon).
  3. Select "View all Outlook settings".
  4. Navigate to "Junk email" -> "Safe senders and domains".
  5. Enter [Your Company Email Address or Domain] in the provided text box.
  6. Click "Add" to include us in the safe senders list.
  7. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Gmail Users

  1. In your Gmail account, click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "See all settings".
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click "Create a new filter".
  5. In the "From" field, enter [Your Company Email Address or Domain].
  6. Click "Create filter".
  7. Check "Never send it to Spam".
  8. Click "Create filter".

For other email providers, you can usually add our domain(s) to your contacts or safe senders list to achieve the same result.
