With more than 20 years of experience in public safety and court administration, she has built her career on accuracy, efficiency, and public trust.
Amanda began her career as a 911 dispatcher in 2002, where she served for 15 years, developing strong crisis management and communication skills. In 2017, she became the Chief Clerk of Court and Records Supervisor for the City of Forest Park, Georgia, where she managed court operations, financial controls, and staff supervision. She was also responsible for overseeing Open Records Requests, ensuring compliance with Georgia’s public records laws, and establishing best practices for records management.
In 2021, Amanda joined the City of Duluth, Georgia, as Chief Clerk of Court, where she continues to enhance operational efficiency, train and mentor staff, and uphold transparency within court processes.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College and is currently working toward her Certificate of Court Administration through the Georgia Council of Court Administrators (GCCA). She is passionate about mentoring court staff, advancing best practices in municipal court operations, and strengthening relationships between courts, law enforcement, and the community.
