Diane J. (“DJ”) Stoeberl is a Partner at For Purpose Law Group (FPLG), where she leads the firm's nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and estate planning practice groups. She works out of FPLG's Virginia offices.

Ms. Stoeberl has over 25 years of experience practicing law in the areas of taxation, tax-exempt organizations, estate planning and administration, and business law. She received her A.B. from Cornell University, her J.D. from Cornell Law School, and her LL.M. (Taxation) from New York University.

During law school, Ms. Stoeberl served as an Editor of the Cornell Law Review, and as a research assistant for Professor Robert S. Summers. After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan H. Link, a Superior Court judge in Kenai, Alaska.
