A native of Southwest Georgia, Judge Williams is a solo practitioner for The Law Offices of Gregory Terrell Williams, LLC and serves as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Camilla, GA and the City of Pelham, GA.

He was educated in the Mitchell County School System and he attended Florida A&M University and Albany State University and received his B.A. degree in Political Science. He continued his graduate education in Public Administration and post-graduate education in Political Science until he returned to Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law to attain his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree.

He has taught Ethics on both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has facilitated Ethics seminars in the City of Albany, GA for both personnel and police officers.

Judge Williams was awarded the Glen Ashman Education Achievement Award by the Council of Municipal Court Judges (CMuCJ) at their 2022 Summer Law and Practice Update Seminar. This award honors a Municipal Court Judge that has continued contributions to the academic and judicial education for Municipal Court Judges throughout the State of Georgia.
