Hi, I had to sign on via my phone due to another appt and I was not able to chat in via the platform, which was very disappointing as I wanted to ask questions. I attempted to sign on via my computer after i arrived home, but the platform kicked me off. Ugh. Otherwise, grateful for the pointers, sticky note content, and helpful notes! Thank you.

It was not clear to me when referring to EA's. It appears in the UK all administrative people are Executive Assistants. It was hard to relate to this since the US has so many difference levels of employees.

Please try and schedule trainings after the first week of each month - the first week of each month is so DIFFICULT!!!! I miss so many trainings due to your scheduling trainings in this week each month.
