Much of the information shared was common sense, that often needs to be repeated by many people - so I appreciated the confirming components. However it fell a little flat for me, because I was left still wondering how to determine what drives my illusive supervisor - so I still don't know what approach to take. None of the methods really seemed to fit. But I'll continue to consider and mull on it.

This webinar was somewhat disappointing. Perhaps I expected more than I should, but it seemed rather elementary. In fact, I would describe the content as common sense.
