I was surprised by her use of the filler/empty word "right" so often. It got distracting for me to hear someone who certainly made it clear she was a professional and had 29 years' experience, that she used such a crutch. Punctuating sentences with "right" is just the current filler from "you know." Good material but needs to clean up distracting filler word use.
