Business AdministrationA former Strategic Ascent strategic planning client, Roger now serves as a facilitator with Katahdin Group for both the Strategic Ascent system and a peer group of C-level executives. He spent more than two decades on the executive leadership team at Dassault Systèmes Simulia Corp (formerly Abaqus), after launching and managing its UK subsidiary. As VP of Worldwide Sales & Operations, he grew revenue more than tenfold to several hundred million dollars, led over 400 team members across 19 countries, and built a global indirect sales channel. He’s known for shifting the company from a technical sales model to an enterprise, value-based approach and for his deep commitment to customer service and support.
