This was well presented, but a very introductory discussion of variance analysis. The title "Mastering Variance Analysis" led me to believe it was more advanced material. It was somewhat useful to learn that our processes already align with these best practices. However, I would not have attended if I knew ahead of time that the material was so basic.

I had issues with the audio through my computer and lost phone connection several times. Not sure why I only received 1 Hr CPE as I attended the entire presentation.
