Shana is a CPA and business coach for accounting teams. I was unhappy with this class. I needed tools for performing a bank reconciliation. This was really just the philosophy and basic outline of approach to balancing accounts. I don't know if it was me, but I believed I'd receive useful tools that may provide some different perspective on our bank recon process.
