Compliance and RegulatoryStephanie Hines serves as the Division Director of Judicial Services at the Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts of Georgia (AOC). In this role, she oversees the Office of Research and Data Analysis, which collects and analyzes court caseload data, as well as the Office of Court Professionals, which is responsible for establishing rules and licensing court reporters, court interpreters, and process servers.
Throughout her tenure at AOC, Stephanie has held several key leadership positions, including Human Resources Director, Assistant Director of Regulatory Affairs, and Program Manager for the Georgia Commission on Access and Fairness in the Courts. Prior to joining AOC, she served as an Ombudsman for the Probate Court of Macon-Bibb County.
Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Georgia and her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Georgia College & State University. She is a 2015 Fellow of the Institute for Court Management (ICM), a member of the ICM Advisory Board, a licensed faculty member for ICM, and a past president of Georgia Council of Court Administrators.
