Didn't appreciate the "sales pitch" with the poll questions nor the several references to the website in the lower left of every page. I would have found such acceptable had this been a free/no obligation seminar. But, since we had paid for it, I did not appreciate it. I would much prefer occasional, unsolicited e-mails containing such information.
