I have a Master’s degree in applied behavioral science with an emphasis in coaching and consulting, but in my previous life, I have broke cattle with my own hands. It takes a little courage to break cattle. You have got to deal with the animal. However what I have learned is that the animal of my own fear is the fiercest animal I have ever had to break.  When I learned how to break my own fear, my life was elevated and transformed.

My passion is helping my clients break the animal of their own fear so that they can live a more confident life both at work and at home.

My work is uniquely suited for women in business, as many of my coaching clients commonly find themselves wrestling with worry, doubt, anxiety, and fear. In addition to my personal coaching, to help women break their unproductive patterning, I have created “The Confident Woman Program,” an online training that connects women to their confidence while elevating the condition of women worldwide.  Stronger Women Leads To a Better World! #STRONGERWOMENBETTERWORLD

I am also the co-founder of a corporate training and consulting company called, Group to TEAM Leadership Solutions. At Group to TEAM, we support our clients to build a “Culture of TEAM” by empowering the individual to lead! We support employees and managers break through fear to own their full influence by providing them guidance and tools that generate healthy, high functioning TEAMs.

One thing that I understand is that Great TEAMs run great meetings and breaking bad meeting behaviors is essential and saves organizations time, recourse, energy and life! As the creator of Roberts Rules Made Simple, I have provided webinars, live presentations, and training products to more than 75,000 board members across the US & Canada.

Currently I live between Los Angeles CA & Playa Del Carmen Mexico with my husband and two children.

The speaker seemed to use a lot of concepts that were pioneered by others to support her message. They were quite a stretch and she did not cite or give credit to the concept originator (ex: Carol Dweck 'Fixed & Growth Mindset').

I feel like there were not helpful tools to create a TEAM environment. The course went over the difference between group and TEAM, but the information provided could have easily been reduced to 15 minutes.
