Compliance and Regulatory LinkedinTRACY "T.J." BEMENT is the District Court Administrator for the 10th Judicial Administrative District of Georgia. The 10th District includes the general jurisdiction superior courts in 6 circuits covering 2 counties in Georgia where he works with his courts, ADR programs, and accountability courts. T.J. received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from George Washington University in Washington, DC, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Public Administration from Valdosta State University. T.J. is also a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management where he is also a regular faculty for ICM courses and the 2022 recipient of ICM’s Star Award. T.J. is a past Board member of the National Center for State Courts and an inductee to their distinguished Warren E. Berger Society for his contributions to the field of judicial administration. T.J. is a Past President of the Georgia Council of Court Administrators and recipient of their Bill Herndon Lifetime Achievement award. He is also a Past President of the National Association of Court Management, a recipient of their prestigious Award of Merit, a contributor to the NACM Core, and a regular presenter. T.J. is also a member and technical advisor to several of his state’s judicial committees.
