With over 35 years of hands-on experience in all facets of payroll functions as well as over 20 years as a trainer and author, Ms. Lambert has become the most sought-after and respected voice in the practice and management of payroll issues. A pioneer in electronic and online education, Ms. Lambert produces and presents payroll related audio seminars, webinars and webcasts for clients, APA chapters and business groups throughout the country. Ms. Lambert is an adjunct faculty member at Brandman University in Southern California and is the creator of and instructor for their Practical Payroll Online program, which is approved for recertification hours by the APA. The presenter was very good, and she provided lots of information. In some cases, the speed of the information seemed almost overwhelming. Luckily, I was able to print the presentation for future reference, and it was good to know that most of my processes are in good standing. Although the calculation of regular time vs OT when bonuses is something I need to look into further, it was a great training.

The volume stopped working toward the end of the webinar and had my IT come in it wasnt from my end. My speakers were working fine. so i couldnt hear the rest of the webinar

The presenter seemed rushed at points. I was mostly able to follow along as I read the slides myself and googled when there was a discrepancy between the written handout vs what the presenter was saying.

I suggest the next time Vicki is under the weather that she either cancels or mentions it up front. I've taken many of her webinars and she was clearly not herself today. Honestly, at times she sounded drunk, probably due to taking medication that made her sound that way. (Hence mentioning it up front to curtail speculation). This is not an attack on her! I find her webinars very informative and will continue to sign up for them. And she still presented the material, it was just clear she wasn't feeling it today. Next time she should just cancel and rest. We're all remote anyway, so it's not an inconvenience. I hope she feels better!
