Trump Accounts are creating new questions for employers, particularly in the areas of payroll administration, employee communication, employer contributions, vendor coordination, and recordkeeping. As these accounts emerge as a savings vehicle for eligible children, organizations are evaluating whether and how they may participate through an employer Trump Account contribution program. Employers considering implementation must understand the operational responsibilities and internal processes necessary to support these contributions effectively.

Join this informative webinar to gain practical guidance on the employer administration of Trump Accounts. Designed for payroll, HR, benefits, finance, and compliance professionals, this session will explore how employer contributions may work and the key considerations organizations should evaluate before implementation. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of payroll setup requirements, documentation standards, contribution limits, employee communication practices, vendor coordination, and maintaining audit-ready support. The discussion will also address implementation risks and the internal controls employers should establish before communicating or processing contributions.

Your Benefits For Attending:
  • Explain what Trump Accounts are and why employers may be asked to support them.
  • Identify the payroll, HR, benefits, finance, and vendor roles involved in employer Trump Account contributions.
  • Review key employer contribution considerations, including contribution limits, employee/dependent eligibility questions, written plan requirements, and payroll setup.
  • Recognize common implementation risks, including unclear employee communication, missing documentation, system limitations, and overpromising tax treatment.
  • Build a practical employer readiness checklist for payroll codes, approvals, records, vendor questions, and internal controls.

Attending this webinar will help employers and payroll professionals better prepare for the administrative and operational challenges associated with Trump Accounts. Participants will leave with practical insights and actionable considerations to support informed decision-making and strengthen organizational readiness.

Perhaps another 15 minutes for Q&A ? It is easier to end early if there is no questions or discussion than it is to rush the ending because of time constraints. The presentation was informative and helpful. Thank you!
