This was a great presentation. It hit home for me because we recently laid off employees and I have been struggling with how to educate the management team on their role in improving employee morale. They haven't taken accountability for their part in the financial instability that led to the need to lay off employees and they don't fully understand the magnitude of what that did to our employee's trust, commitment, and future performance. This presentation gave me some great pointers on how to explain what is happening within our organization and what is needed to improve it.

The presenter seemed a bit old school in her language and how she discussed men and women traditional roles versus how they should be currently viewed. She seemed to stumble a bit on how the same messages could have been more eloquently been stated. Overall I understood the message and there were some good points I feel I can bring back to management in helping them understand the most efficient way to think about succession planning.

Presenter was pleasant and easy to follow, found it very interesting and practical. Hoping you will offer more advance Excel formulas (ie pivot table with slicer, index match formula vs vlookup and shows pros and cons) to help understand and apply different formulas to extract data. also need class on how to protect worksheet and formula to prevent human errors when sharing files, and how to track changes if made by mistake. Lastly, what will make this class better is to provide sample exercises so we get hands on practice either during session, if time allows . or after session to practice at own time.

I actually created a pivot table on an existing GL data download during the presentation and it was very quick and easy to do. Can't believe I didn't learn about pivot tables before today.
