This webinar will show you how to create ADA compliant PDF’s, Word documents, and PowerPoint Presentations.

In today’s digital landscape, where information is predominantly shared and consumed online, it is essential to recognize the significance of document accessibility in promoting inclusivity and removing barriers to information.By adhering to accessibility standards, particularly the requirements outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), organizations can ensure that their PDF documents are accessible to individuals with visual impairments, cognitive disabilities, or other limitations.

The ADA mandates that electronic and information technology, including PDF, Word, and PowerPoint documents, be accessible to individuals with disabilities. By creating accessible documents, organizations demonstrate their commitment to providing equal access to information and ensure they are not excluding individuals based on their disabilities.

By ensuring ADA compliance in all areas of public life, including employment, transportation, and business in general, we can create a more inclusive and accessible society where people with disabilities have equal opportunities and access to essential services and resources.

Your Benefits For Attending:

  • Understand and define ADA guidelines
  • Ensure PDF documents comply with ADA guidelines
  • Ensure Word documents comply with ADA guidelines

The time allotted was not enough. You could tell the presenter was rushing because there was a large amount of information to cover in a very short amount of time. This webinar could be an hour and a half to almost two hours. There was too much information to try and cover in only 1 hour. I attended live so I could ask questions but I wish I had purchased the recording simply so I could go back and watch it at a slower speed. If the webinar had been longer it wouldn't have needed to be rushed.

The presenter was all over the place. There was no introduction, he spoke like we were already experts in creating these documents using Adobe. Worst presentation I’ve attended through Aurora

I loved this webinar. Very useful and much needed information to help you get ADA compliant. It would have been nicer if we had a bit more time. By the time they were ending, I didn't have time to send my questions and it was over. I wish that we had a bit more time when they asked about questions. I didn't know to ask during the webinar but regardless... I truly enjoyed this webinar and I'm so happy to have had this subject and the information I have learned will be used forever more. Thank you!!!Rebecca Acton

We needed to be given a document to follow along with the presenter. The information happened too quickly to adequately follow along.
