Very scripted and boring to listen to. A lot of common sense. Not useful for anyone with even a little experience working in an office. Waste of time.

I wish the presenter had been a little more lively.I felt like she was reading the material off of a script. Since this was a live webinar it would be nice if topic related audience participation methods were use.The slides didn't capture the information well, send the transcript might be helpful or record with cc so can read what is being said.

Presenter seemed out of touch with current Admin roles, lots of the material was repetitive and cliche. Came off a little condescending without real substance other than to "Dare" ourselves This should not have been a 90 min training.

I would have appreciated more detailed slides for some of the lists given in the presentation and a printed list of the resources alluded to. The presenter did talk very fast and it was difficult to catch everything.
