This felt like very common knowledge. I guess I was hoping for tips and tricks using Outlook and more specific hacks that I didn't already have experience with. The presenter was very good, it was the content that didn't resonate with me.

The info was relevant and interesting but it was very obvious that this presenter was reading a script and not doing it well actually. It sounded like she was giving a graduation speech for an hour.

I worked while listening which I don't usually do, but the slides were not appropriate for a speaker you couldn't see or interact with. It is not enjoyable to stare at a screen of a single image while a speaker is talking.
