The ins and outs of Outlook did not at all describe what the webinar was about. They started out with advanced features it was over my head immediately.

The webinar was visually based on the older view of Outlook. It would have been nice to see the new view as that is what defaults upon installation now. Thanks!

I was hoping to learn more about special functions in Outlook (beyond the basics) and not so much on quicksteps. The speaker went quite fast and it was challenging to grasp what was being done.
