Content was very light. Not much depth or usefulness outside of very junior positions. Didn't address the kind of emotion or conflict senior managers and directors regularly face.

I really enjoyed this presentation. Working in an office where we encounter a lot of 'Emotionally Challenging Situations', it is good to discover new (or at least new-to-me) strategies for how to handle some of these challenging situations. As well as examine strategies you currently use and determine if they are effective or not.
