I had a question during the webinar, raised my hand, and then didn't know how to ask it. I didn't see a chat box. Plus I couldn't unmute myself. My question and concerns revolve around ways of making others accountable!

Felt he may have been rushed a little toward the end. But even so, very well done. I do like that he had his camera on so it was easier to pay attention. When cameras are off, there is more of a disconnection.
