Due to the time constraint, I wish there was more time spent on more advanced stuff. The first couple of slides could have been glossed over and more time spent for more advanced examples and questions

I learned on how important it is to "LISTEN" and also to not turn any conversation about you. It made me realize that I've done this in the past and did not think much of it. Now I am more aware thanks to this training.
