It was a bit too fast paced, as speaker tried to stay within the timeframe (not her fault). Some slides were barely addressed. The images of the slides on the handout were MUCH TOO SMALL, I could not read them once printed. There's enough space around the margin to make them larger on the page.

This presentation was excellent for a new to the workforce or someone who has never tried to work on themselves in this area. Perhaps there could be an "upper level" or "Upgrade your Confrontational Skills" webinar offered. It is easier to get my employees to a 1 hour class than a multiple hour class. Thanks for offering this.
