Thought there could have been a much easier way to go over all 50 states final pay requirements, especially for employers that only needed to here about 1 state but had to spend 1 hour listening & viewing 49 others.

This program reviewed final paycheck requirements state-by-state as well as a high-level overview for the EU and Great Britain. The presenter answered many questions with very specific recommendations.

Responses to 1 & 8 are not accurate representations because I jumped off the call early. I was happy to leave though after listening to her go in depth on each state's requirements for 20+ minutes. Taking my time for 49 other states that don't apply to me is a waste. Also, the dog barking in the background is distracting.

There wasn't enough time for the polling questions. These polls were questions that were based on information in the presentation, and so actually required a little thought. I was unable to get one of my polling answers in on time because the time was cut off extremely quickly and I was trying to decide between two answers. I understand if someone is not paying attention and misses a poll, but it is very frustrating when I was thinking through the question and time was cut off.
