To improve the training session, I would suggest more "office" related examples of conflict - not a personal example. Presenting several office examples would help people understand the proper way to handle confrontation in the workplace.

I needed this information! It will take some practice to be able to implement all the suggestions. I feel much better to find out that I had normal reactions to conflict. Administration had made me feel like I was not having normal reactions. Thank you so much!
