Presenter was scattered in thought and spent too much time on small talk.

I was unable to access the chat. I submitted twice in the questions part how to access with no response. The presenter appeared unprepared and didn't seem to know how to use the system. Her "assistant" had to read her portions she didn't seem to have access to which was awkward. The presenter did not appear confident in her presenting skills and doesn't appear to be a natural public speaker. This inability to confidently present took away from her qualifications to speak on the material. She used too many filler words, stumbled over herself and it was difficult to listen to.

Maybe it was just me, but the presenter's style came off as unorganized and disjointed. It was very distracting as a participant. If she wanted the program to be interactive, I would suggest that she consider polling questions rather than asking participants to submit reactions in the chat. I did not feel like I was getting benefit from the training so I dropped after about 30 minutes. Normally the trainings through Aurora are very good so this was disappointing. I had hoped we could use some of the guidance and material to help with updating our manager training on this topic.

This could have been a 30-45 min presentation. A lot of the spoken material and written material was repeated. It was distracting to me that the presenter could not manage the tech (reading comments), the format was a "conversation" and her excessive use of the word "um." I think the content was good. The speaker had great ideas and made it easy to ask questions. She was friendly. The whole thing just could have been shorter. In my opinion, a lot of time was wasted & I just wanted to get to the point. I struggled to stay engaged since the format was not as structured as I am used to. That is probably my own flaw that I need to work on.

I don't mind the interactive learning, but would have been more impactful to hear her guidance and expertise instead of ours.

I was expecting the presenter to provide examples of each talking point, like prepared situations and explain how the talking point changes the message when the technique is used. The presenter wasn't prepared to do that, rather she asked the attendees to provide examples. What was she getting paid for, to read slides? I can do that on my own time.

Did not feel this was organized well. Off topic and it was distracting that presenter could not look at the questions herself and answer, kept having the moderator do it for her.
