The speaking style of the presenter was very monotone and tough to follow with an already complex topic. I think he made it a bit more complex, though, than it needed to be. He didn't want to talk through tools in the marketplace for this work which was unfortunate as there are some great tools out there for companies to do this very simply.

I would like to see more discussion on the best practices to reward success in performance management. Is rewarding success at the end of the year the best practice anymore? Does it have to be through compensation?

Some of the more in-depth mathematical concepts explained at the end could be broken into their own webinar. It was a lot to digest within even 1.5 hours. I didn't feel as clear on the point factor evaluation method, graphing trends, and standard deviation because it was at the tail end of the presentation.
