Overall the material that was presented did not match my expectations of this training. We mostly went over personnality types instead of focusing on strategies to deal with difficult people in the workplace. I do believe it is important to go over personnality types to understand that you can't deal with everyone in the same manner, but ultimately we spent well over an hour going over personnality types and about 15 minutes on strategies to deal with difficult people. This is unfortunate because I do think the presenter was very knowledgeable and could have given us some very good insight.

The issue I have is that the topic was how to deal with difficult people, but the talk seemed to be more about difficult personalities. There has been much research on personality theory and how untrustworthy it is. There is strong debate in the psychological community about whether we should even be using it for purposes such as employment and a history for how it has been used for very bad things in the past (e.g., racism, antisemitism, etc.). In addition, the speaker used multiple personality theories and stated that just because a variable in one theory was named the same in another theory that they were the same personality. This is completely untrue. The variables work differently among the the theories. For example, in Myers-Briggs there is Introversion and Extroversion. Whereas in the Big 5 there is just extroversion which actually measures both. It is not the same as just extroversion in the MBTI. This was self help based on a very flawed understanding of a flawed field of mostly debunked science. It would have been a much better talk if instead of using personality types, we just looked at difficult behaviors we could address specifically.

No I did not enjoyed the program. Very disappointed. The presenter was reading the slides and did not give real concrete examples. I would have prefered a more interactive presentation. Sorry it did not meet our needs as a group.

I was disappointed in the presentation. The Meyers-Brigg traits were interesting but the other traits were repetitive. I would have loved to hear more about how to manage conflict and maneuver through difficult discussions. I had to log off after 1 1/2 hours and she was still talking through the agenda.

The program offered useful and insightful information but I would have like to have received real world mediation scenarios and solutions. I feel like I could have received the same information by reading the slides that were provided. I was left wanting more from this program.

I have experience with Myers Briggs but was hoping for some practical applications such as how to deal with the aggravator, the pusher, the laggard, etc. etc. The info. was good just not what I was hoping for.

Presenter was awkward and laughed at inappropriate times. Thought her choice of words, especially as an HR rep could have been better. It's like she took paragraphs from a book and regurgitated them

Below is what was outlined for this presentation. The slide deck did not have the most useful information on them, the most useful information was rushed through making it difficult to take notes. This was more about understanding personality types and how they affect team dynamics in the workplace, do not feel it met the expectations laid out for what the session would be about. This comprehensive course equips Human Resource professionals with practical strategies and psychological insights to effectively manage challenging individuals in the workplace. I felt like the presenter provided information on a topic in which she is not a subject matter expert. It was merely reading some prompts about a personality test. I don't use meyers-briggs and don't intend to. This alienated the audience members who felt the same. I don't feel any more prepared for challenging situations. This was truly bad - I'm honestly shocked at how terrible this really was.

The presenter focused too much on personality types. This would be fine for smaller groups of employees but not for large ones.

I need assistance seeking a refund for this training. This was advertised as training on handling difficult people in the workplace, and I purchased the option for additional questions. The first hour and ten minutes were about the MBTI, a debunked personality assessment tool, and the following half hour failed to discuss any actual strategies for handling difficult people. The technical failures also prevented me from being able to ask questions, since there was no method to present questions once the organizer failed to return. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss this matter with you further.
