I was disappointed in this event. I feel the title of the event was misleading with the name ‘EEO-1 Reporting Form Change’. I’ve been doing EEO-1 reporting for years and that title had me worried that I had missed some announcement other than reporting timeline change that I just couldn’t find on the EEOC website so I signed up. Sadly, it was a waste of my time and my employer’s money as there is no change to the form as the title implies.
