The anger management class was very well structured and easily digestible. The slides were good at breaking down chucks and concepts, and said enough but not too much, so as to encourage taking notes. Some of the material was spot on from what a family member of mine was told in therapy, and was presented in a way that was very adaptable to putting in action. I would highly recommend this webinar!

This was a good presentation and the speaker was easy to listen to and follow. There were some tech issues halfway through but she dealt with them and didn't miss a beat.

There was a minor issue on her attention to details. One of the slides had a duplicate. The other was the number she provided to text the Impact Statement cheatsheet was different from the slide
