It is always better to have presenter on camera, in my opinion. Otherwise there were some very useful tools for me as a person about to make a move from team member to team leader.

I was pretty disappointed honestly. I expected a much more interactive format. The principals covered are great principals, but the heavily scripted format (including the “class questions” ) just had a very disingenuous feel to it. We’re discussing leading and communicating effectively with other humans, and a script is just a very inauthentic way of communicating with others. Again, good principals and foundation, but the delivery has to be authentic.
