I did not get anything out of this as my boss should have been listening. I am looking for more extrinsic pieces that don't cost a fortune. I believe there is no way for me to present these to my boss and have them be effective. This did not match what I thought I would get for my money. Sorry I wasted my $200.

Great content, could easily use 2 more hours to delve into topics the more. Great energy from the presenter, particularly for a webinar format. Good high level overview, but more of a whirlwind presentation introducing the topic. For the staff members in our group that are truly new to supervising, it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed. Having been exposed to many of the concepts before myself, I think it worked better as a refresher than for someone being hit with these ideas for the first time.
