While she was the best presenter I have listened to thus far, she seemed unprepared. Her computer kept having troubles, and she had prepared a 1-hour presentation for a 1.5-hour session. While this was likely a mere oversight or a breakdown in communication, it came across as more than that.Of course, I cannot ascertain a person's motives and do not intend to manufacture blame in such a way, but the way the course came across to me as a listener was as a public speaker who was very confident in her ability and toyed with the presentation so as to test herself and her ability. It was a bit off-putting. Having said that, she was quite good, and the information was good.

Pamela gave a very good presentation. She did a good job improvising when she finished 30 minutes ahead of schedule. And the information was very useful. Two critical areas:1) Did this not count toward SHRM recert? The recert number was not in the certificate.2) I don't like having to text a number in order to get class material. Why weren't the strategic questions included in the course material? And why do I have to provide my phone number to get them? This raises concerns around privacy issues.

Please add subtitles for webinars, or present these videos as embedded to Chrome. Chrome offers their own CCs, so if video is embedded to Chrome, subtitles will start to play as soon as presenter starts speaking, otherwise, I always have to watch video after it's saved and available in on-demand-video section.

Presenter did not know the time of the course and was stopping at the hour mark instead of 1.5 hours.
