The Q/A made it go over the 90 minute timeslot; Q/A should be built into the full timing.

I was pleased with the presenter and materials provided with this training. I would recommend Aurora to other companies that may be doubtful about joining.

This was super informative. As a new manager, this information is extremely helpful as we have had the examples the presenter mentioned happen to us internally. Thank you! Well done!

There are a couple of things that "I see differently." First, in a Crucial Conversations training I took (not through Aurora), I was told that if people say they can't make you feel a certain way, that that is abusive behavior and removes all accountability from the person with the poor behavior, which I agree with. Secondly, asking for people to text a phone number to get information that could have been included in the training is just wrong. It is only a way to get people's phone numbers so that they can be marketed to in the future. Not cool.

Would have been helpful to have more visual aids or even to see the speaker. Having a slide with one image at times lost my attention
