The training objectives were commensurate to what I wanted for the course and Mike was obviously well versed with the topic at hand as well. The lament remains that we could not go with topics(s) in sufficient detail. There are time constraints but additional data sets for practice ranging from moderate to expert level practice on the discussed topics would've been helpful.

I normally only get 1 out of 1.5 CPE credit and I don't know why. I think it make sense to send what I missed in the email where certificate is included.

Unfortunately, I was not able to join the webinar with the designated link as it required me to download, install and run an .exe file. I was attending this webinar as part of a corporate learning objective and our internal firewalls and administrative settings prevented me from joining the webinar. I just wish this was made clear well ahead of time to make alternative arrangements.As a result, I missed a significant portion of the paid webinar. Furthermore, I would think this to be routine issue, especially for folks joining from a company workstation where external video meetings may be subject to blockage (with the exception being TEAMS and ZOOM).

The only suggestion would be to provide the end result at the beginning so we can see what the end goal will look like. I only say that because I've never really knew what a dashboard would look like. Other than that, it was very imformative, and I enjoyed Mike's explanation, which wasn't filled with jargon. I would definitely be inclined to participate in more training if he was leading.
