First, I would like to say that this presenter is just truly awesome!! His trainings are soooo effective, his methods, his communication, his material, his consideration for the students in the class, I really can't say enough to communicate how fantastic I think this trainer is. He is awesome! The only thing I would say is more about Aurora's communication about the class that would be helpful is more clarification about the class an what level the class was. It would have been helpful to understand before hand what short cuts and useful tips he was going to cover. Some communication possibly about whether is was basic introductory (which I would say it was) or whether it was going to be advanced (which, I guess would depend on how you use this software and how much experience you have with using this software in all fairness.) And, I hope that isn't taken as a criticism! It isn't intended to be! It is just a suggestion as you inform us about what trainings are available. It might generate more accurate enrollment and satisfaction from the users if they know what they are signing up for. However, the trainer made it wonderful no matter what, and I did gain a great refresher of a few tools I had forgotten about and hadn't used in a while! I did! It was great and I loved it. Thank you so much for the work both you and the trainer put into preparation and presentation. I am very satisfied thus far in my purchase and participation of this membership. Thank you!!
