Overall the presenter did well, however this is a highly subjective topic. The majority of the information presented was fairly common sense driven. However, I have 10 years experience as a CFO/Controller, so maybe a less experienced person would have found the information more appropriate and helpful.

Interactivity would have been nice - maybe possible with small groups?

This was a total waste of money. Instead of providing information, the presenter asked questions and gave us time to write them down which was a complete waste of time. Too much time passed where we did not learn anything. The slides were not informative. At the end they answered a question, which was what was management style Y? I had the same question but did not bother to ask. I actually googled management styles to see what was on the web. That was a big mistake giving 3 management styles and not showing them on the slides. Also, the presentation was not up to date. For the past year we have been working remotely and the presenter kept saying, ask the person to go out for a cup of coffee etc. That is not happening now with working remotely.
