Pamela Jett was a great dynamic speaker. Her presentation was great and colorful, especially the "NO" in 4 steps. Had great pictures. Her points are well taken. I was doing some of her suggestions, but not all of them. She had great recommendations that all managers I have worked with have used. I have already tried the start, continue and stop. It's an adjustment, but it seems to be working.
