While the presentation contained grrat content, I thought it would be more from an HR perspective in conversing with employees. For example conversations regarding performance issues, body odor, etc. I feel it was more geared towards the opposite.

This was a great course, but I was surprised to see it did not offer SHRM credits. Mastering difficult conversations is a topic of utmost importance in the HR field and the credits would have been useful.
