I was glad to watch the presentation. It proved to me that I already do most of what she was presenting. It's nice I am doing what should be done.

Everything was useful. I wish there would have been more time spent on actual techniques, suggestions, examples of situations to help with composure/keeping it and recovery. Maybe a "Part 2"?

Like the presenter said, the information was simple but not easy. I agree. I just felt like the strategies for maintaining composure weren't outlined enough as action oriented lists or examples. I felt like everything she said I already knew, so the overall effect was just telling myself to practice harder at what I already knew.
