Working in an office that is responsible for addressing student behavior, general customer service and often providing information that people are not happy to hear, we handle a lot of situations that are stressful and involve a higher level of pressure. This is my first class and I really got a lot out of it. I am using these courses for professional development but this class crossed over into my personal life as well. I really loved the Start, Continue, Stop columns, I found that to be so very helpful when taking notes.
