The presenter did a good job of providing examples and ways to manage them. My only thought was to include male names in the examples. It appeared in the presentation that all the examples were a female version. It would be good to understand how males would react (would there be more denial and aggression versus tears?) as well as females.

I thought the course was informative. I it could easily be an optional 2-hour course.There was so much in the presentation. Each section could have had little quizzes in it.
